Engineering Manager - Akron, OH - JOB 24-00678

Salary Range: $85K - $120K Permanent Position with Benefits

Akron Area Company is seeking an Engineering Manager. This is a hands-on position with active involvement in all activities within the engineering group.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years' experience in a Technical Management role
• Must have experience/knowledge overseeing all activities within an engineering group. (Electrical Engineering, Control and Automations, Design, Field Service)
• Knowledge/Experience with Control Logic & HMI programming.
• Must have a good Mechanical aptiude. 
• Must have strong leadership skills.
• Experience/Knowledge with AutoCAD.
• Experience/Knowledge with documentation: (Parts Lists, Schematics, Mechanical Details & Assembly Drawings, Procedures, etc.)
• Must be able to travel 25% domestically and internationally.
• MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
