General Summary
Paid internship opportunity! Are you a college engineering student seeking an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the engineering field? Benton REA invites applications for a paid-internship opportunity as an Engineering Intern to work in our West Richland office. Come and assist our team, taking on responsibilities such as AutoCAD plan preparation, infrastructure inventory documentation, GIS mapping, record keeping, project development, and construction oversight. Work is performed under the supervision of the Member Engineering Manager and Engineering Department professional staff in a collaborative team environment.
Position would start in January 2025. This job will work out of our West Richland office two days per week and Prosser office two days per week. Schedule is 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Any combination of equivalent to one (1) semester of engineering or general college-level coursework.
- Valid driver's license upon hire date.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
