Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Fellow specializing in Semiconductor Technology to join our dynamic team. As an Engineering Fellow, you will play a strategic role in leading advanced research, development, and innovation projects focused on semiconductor technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive technological advancements that shape the future of the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Lead and contribute to complex semiconductor technology projects, including process development, device design, fabrication techniques, and characterization methodologies.
Innovation and Research: Drive innovation and research initiatives in semiconductor materials, device architectures, integration techniques, and emerging technologies to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
Technology Roadmap: Develop and execute technology roadmaps, strategic plans, and project timelines aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer requirements.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, product development, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure seamless integration and successful execution of projects.
Mentorship and Training: Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and training to junior engineers, interns, and research associates. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Technical Expertise: Maintain expertise in semiconductor technologies, industry standards, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. Stay updated with advancements in materials science, process technologies, device physics, and manufacturing techniques.
Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and intellectual property (IP) policies. Conduct thorough analysis, testing, and validation to deliver high-quality solutions.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders, executive leadership, and clients.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Physics, or related field. Post-doctoral experience and industry certifications are a plus. Extensive experience in semiconductor technology development, process integration, device design, and characterization. Proficiency in semiconductor materials, fabrication techniques (e.g., CMOS, MEMS, III-V), lithography, etching, deposition, and packaging. strong background in semiconductor device physics, simulation tools (TCAD, SPICE), and reliability analysis. Leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and delivering innovative solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving technology advancements, patents, publications, and industry recognition.
