Innova is immediately hiring for Engineering Drafter

Position Type: Full time Contract to possible hire

Duration: 6 months

Location: Simpsonville, SC

As an Engineering Drafter you will be:

• Performs superior electronic outputs including plans, layouts, CAD models, drawings, manufacturing fixtures, and supports release activities for associated design artifacts. Completes major cable layout drawings prepared by others while following internal and industry design practices. Assists in preliminary concept reviews that require CAD models, engineering design prototypes and subsequent conversion to production components.
• Performs basic to moderately complex drafting duties under general supervision to assist engineers with all activities related to part, assembly, and installation engineering models and drawings. Instructions may be provided verbally, in sketches, existing hardware, and received from mechanical/electrical engineering or other technical support personnel.
• Assists with drafting detailed dimensional drawings and design layouts for projects to ensure conformance to specifications.

The ideal candidate will have:

• H.S. Diploma/GED, must have 4+ years' experience in Drafting OR Associate's Degree in Engineering Technology with 2 years in Drafting

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range : $27.00 to $29.00 per hour

**Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
