Join the McCrea Team! We are a leading HVAC company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Assistant to support our dynamic engineering and design team. This entry-level role offers growth opportunities and hands-on experience in the HVAC design and construction industry.

Duties

• Perform Manual J and S and load calculations to support HVAC system design.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining Energy Starand county certification documents to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Create and maintain HVAC designs using Wrightsoft; experience with WrightSoft is preferred but not required.
• Provide administrative support to the engineering department, including maintaining files, organizing documents, and completing special projects.
• Conduct research and perform data analysis using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure project timelines and goals are met.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; additional education or training is a plus.
• HVAC or new construction experience is a plus.
