PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $55 - $60 Per hour.

AS a RF Engineer you will:
- RF Performance Optimization / KPI Analysis / with a strong emphasis on Data Manipulation using scripting and Visualization in Tableau.
- Responsible for contributing in the RF Design and Performance of the regional cellular network.
- The use of scripting and Tableau for automation and Data Visualization to support New Build Upgrade Analysis / Optimization; using KPI data and working with the performance team to understand problem areas; working with System Performance and RF Team to understand issues and help improve TPUT, reduce audio gaps, Lost Calls and Ineffective Attempts within their area.
Responsibilities include:
- Competitive Data Analysis and identifying areas of improvement. KPI analysis for vendor equipment migration.
- Beginning to identify location specific needs for new cells taking baseline, performance, capacity, and population into consideration; and evaluating coverage and capacity problems and requirements for coverage and capacity cells.
- Data collection for event preparation / optimization and competitive analysis.
- BS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the cellular or telecommunications industry.
- General understanding and or working knowledge in one or more of the following platforms and/or technologies: Voice cells infrastructure including: NOKIA, Samsung, Ericsson; Digital Communications including: 5GNR, LTE, VoLTE, CDMA; Operating systems and applications including: Tableau, UNIX, Windows, MS Office; Scripting / Data Manipulation using Python, Excel / VB; Test equipment including: XCAL, Viavi, PCTEL, DataPro, DMAT, scanners, baseline equipment, spectrum analyzers; RF System Optimization techniques for voice and data for NOKIA / Samsung infrastructure. Should have a good understanding of engineering concepts, and must show aptitude and desire to learn and advance in a technical field.
- Proficient in office computer applications: Tableau, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite.
- Responsible for collecting and using hourly and daily service measurement data to optimize the LTE network.
- Representing the team for feature related projects, new node integration, and other centralized tasks by meeting deliverables and holding other parties accountable per project plan.
- Troubleshooting hardware and performance problems independently or by coordinating with other teams.
- Supporting Network Performance in evaluating and improving areas of poor coverage by identifying system performance problems.
- Reporting issues to appropriate engineers.
- Resolving customer service issues, assisting in implementing solutions, and collecting drive test data in support of performance evaluations and build program prioritization.
