Energy Attorney - Entrusted Advisors

Entrusted Advisors is actively seeking talented energy attorneys who are involved in the renewable and clean energy sector and committed to driving the global transition towards sustainable energy solutions, for flexible, hybrid, full-time, engagements with our energy client. These are secondment/project based roles.

Qualifications:

• Must have extensive experience (8+ years) in renewable and clean energy, battery storage, EPC, carbon capture, new energy solutions, and low-carbon initiatives.
• Extensive experience in upstream legal practices and a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in the energy sector.
• Must be licensed to practice law in good standing in the United States.
• Strong preference for Houston-based attorneys.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on matters related to renewable energy projects, battery storage, EPC contracts, carbon capture, and low-carbon technologies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, including power purchase agreements, EPC agreements, and other transactional documents related to energy projects.
• Advise on compliance strategies to mitigate legal risks and ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Stakeholder engagement.
• Risk Management.
