Description:
IBSS is seeking a skilled Endpoint Management Support Specialist to work on-site in Boulder, providing help desk support to users, laptops, and workstations within the Enterprise IT Operations of the OCIO of a civilian Federal government agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, deploy, troubleshoot and support business applications for end-users. Manage an array of business applications including security configuration and integrations. Support the Authorization team in establishing the mechanisms and automation for Access Management and User Provisioning on business applications
- Ensure that endpoints are secure and compliant with regulations and standards by enforcing security policies, monitoring for vulnerabilities, and performing routine maintenance tasks such as patching and software updates.
Required Skills /Education/ Certifications & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience providing support in the following areas:
- Experience managing MAC endpoints as well as managing the JAMF server for MAC Mobile Devices.
- Managing client devices, endpoints, and systems such as: Microsoft SCCM/MECM, MDM solutions (AirWatch, JAMF, Intune, etc.).
- Experience managing, configuring, deploying, and supporting VMWare and VDI endpoints and pools.
- Experience using BigFix
- Experience using PowerShell to create, modify, and debug code for systems administration and automation of tasks.
- Microsoft O365/Teams and Adobe
- MFD/Printer admin and support
- Hardware configuration/preparation
- Software installation
- Asset Management
- Telecommunication setup and issuance (desk and cell phones)
- Microsoft Active Directory Administration
- MFA Administration
- Helpdesk Ticketing Systems (such as ServiceNow or BMC Footprints)
