- Collaborate with diverse teams including enterprise, business, information, and security architects to analyze enterprise context and derive future-state technology architecture.
- Lead the evaluation of current technology landscape, identifying deficiencies, legacy systems, and technical debt, while proposing improvement solutions.
- Guide analysis of technology industry trends, assessing their potential impact on enterprise architecture.
- Mentor technical experts, fostering collaboration to develop architectures driving new business capabilities.
- Drive digital innovation by leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance and transform existing IT infrastructure.
- Develop high-level migration plans to bridge gaps between current and future states, aligning with budgeting and capital planning processes.
Qualifications:
- +8 years of design and implementation experience in IT, with a minimum of two of the following disciplines:
- Protocols
- Active Directory
- Cloud Technologies
- Virtualization
- Clustering Technologies
- Database Management and Operations
- Servers and Storage
- Middleware
- APIs
- Application Development
- Infrastructure and Network Design
- End User Design
- +4 years in supporting end user infrastructure as an architectural leader.
- Exposure to a variety of technical setups, technologies, and operational environments
- Familiarity with product management, agile methodologies, and development principles, capable of supporting agile teams by offering insights on opportunities, impacts, and risks, considering technical and architectural challenges.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Strong leadership abilities
- Outstanding analytical and technical aptitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
- Excellent planning and organizational proficiency
- Comprehensive knowledge spanning most components of enterprise technology architecture.
- Understanding of IT standards and regulatory controls
- Familiarity with information principles and processes
- Insight into financial models and budgeting practices
- Knowledge of network and security architecture
- Understanding of various system development life cycle methodologies, such as waterfall, agile, rapid prototyping, incremental development, synchronize and stabilize, and DevOps.
