Position Available: Co-Site Manager Medical Provider
Location: Occupational health setting, serving an industrial athletic population.
Shifts: Currently seeking talent for our fulltime management opportunity. This position is Monday-Thursday 3p-1:30a.
Environment:
As an Industrial Medical Provider, you’ll be part of a dedicated care team of physicians and medical professionals, delivering preventive, acute, and emergency medical services in a dynamic occupational setting. You’ll play a key role in reducing workplace incidents, promoting employee health, and providing expert care for injuries and illnesses. From conducting medical screenings to evaluating new incidents, you’ll also educate and coach employees on maintaining their health. Qualifications:
- Certification or license in your profession
- CPR and BLS certifications
- 2 years of leadership or management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial healthcare
- Knowledge of workplace safety, health, and OSHA regulations
Physical Demands:
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting
- Pinching, grasping, and gripping
- Reaching with hands/arms from floor to overhead
- Stooping and forward bending
- Occasional keyboard/computer work
- Occasionally able to lift 30-50 lbs.
Other Duties:
- Shifts may include early mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
- Based on customer and program needs, multi-location work and occasional travel may be required.
- Duties and responsibilities may vary depending on business needs.
- Oversee coordination of onsite health, rehab, and fitness programs at the Lifestyle Center.
- Supervise Lifestyle Center staff in health, rehab, and fitness services.
- Collaborate with administration and health professionals to ensure quality care.
- Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, staff development, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, documentation, and inventory management.
- Manage budget, review expenses, and handle supply and equipment needs.
- Ensure compliance with occupational, biohazard, and clinical regulations.
- Identify and present process improvements to the Program Manager.
- Maintain regular communication with staff and corporate partners.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy, and security policies.
- Adhere to licensure and professional scope of practice.
- Coordinate access to medical, psychiatric, social, and other health services.
- Monitor workplace safety and administer employee health screenings (vaccinations, drug/alcohol testing, biometrics).
- Approve/deny PTO and manage timecards for direct reports.
