Embark on an exciting journey as a Referral Partner, mastering loan intricacies while prioritizing relationship-building and business growth. Connect with Real Estate Investors and Developers to expand your network and establish meaningful industry relationships.
Supported by our dedicated team, you'll receive guidance and mentorship essential for success as an Independent Mortgage Advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain relationships with Real Estate Investors and Developers to generate leads and referrals.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, actively pursuing new clients through diverse channels.
- Collaborate with our support team to ensure seamless communication and efficient loan application processing.
- Utilize our proprietary database of contacts and leads, maintaining meticulous records of interactions and outcomes.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry regulations, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Represent our organization with professionalism and integrity in all client and stakeholder interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your mortgage banking and business development skills.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and growth opportunities.
