Employment Services Management Analyst - Human Services Agency (Open and Promotional) - County of San Mateo

The Human Services Agency (HSA) of the County of San Mateo is seeking a qualified Employment Services Management Analyst. The current vacancy within HSA is under the Employment Services Branch (ES). This incumbent will lead special projects and activities aimed at enhancing Employment Services including but not limited to CalWORKs 2.0 strategic assessment, CalWORKs Outcomes and Accountability Review (CalOAR), recruitment, contract development and monitoring, data and program performance, child care program liaison, employment dashboards and other special projects.
 
 The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a social or behavioral science.
• Be highly skilled in organization and planning, project management and community collaboration.
• Have experience in making public presentations to boards, committees and other community organizations.
• Be highly motivated, energetic, diplomatic, and resourceful.
• Ability to encourage collaboration among colleagues throughout the organization, and to serve as a change management resource to assigned areas.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to understand, interpret and apply federal and state regulations.
