Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Employment Marketing Manager to drive our talent acquisition efforts by developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract and engage top-tier talent. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in employment marketing to enhance our employer brand, optimize recruitment channels, and cultivate a diverse talent pipeline across various geographies and roles. Optimize job advertising platforms and manage recruitment budgets to maximize ROI and enhance visibility across relevant channels.
Implement grassroots initiatives, trade school partnerships, and local events to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Tailor employment marketing strategies for individual manufacturing sites, considering local market dynamics and staffing objectives.
Create engaging content including virtual job descriptions, employee testimonials, and social media posts to promote our employment brand and current job openings.
Utilize analytics to track campaign effectiveness, optimize strategies, and enhance candidate engagement.
Manage our employer reputation in the market, highlighting company ratings and recognitions.
Implement candidate engagement strategies, including email marketing and social media campaigns.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employment Marketing, or HR.
Proven track record of success in developing and measuring recruitment campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
