LABOR & EMPLOYMENT | LITIGATION ATTORNEY

NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA

Seeking a 2-5+ year Employment Litigation Attorney for a well-established Labor & Employment law firm in Los Angeles. The ideal applicant with a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in Labor & Employment, Plaintiffs or Defense experienced will be considered. An ability to manage a case from beginning to end, experience in having taken depositions, wage and hour cases, class action (a plus), FEHA and PAGA experience, employment discrimination, and wrongful termination cases in California state and federal courts. We recognize successful candidates as bringing a positive attitude and an enthusiasm for law, strong writing skills and excellent communication. We will provide training and mentorship for career growth opportunities in our collegial office atmosphere.

Competitive base salary, DOE from $120K-$150K+, benefits, and bonus incentives. There are advancement opportunities in an Employment practice area with a good foundation and room to grow exponentially.
