The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, providing comprehensive legal counsel to employers on a wide range of employment-related matters.

Job Details
A prominent law firm committed to excellence and client satisfaction is seeking a talented and experienced Employment Law Attorney to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, providing comprehensive legal counsel to employers on a wide range of employment-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and
hour compliance, and employee benefits.
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and handbooks to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Represent clients in employment-related litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
- Conduct legal research to stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, and provide proactive counsel to clients accordingly.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective employment practices and policies.
- Advise on workplace investigations, employee discipline, and termination procedures.
- Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in employment law.
