The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.

Hybrid or Remote work option. Location is flexible. Attorneys can work out of any state where we have a firm office as long as admitted in NY.
Qualifications- JD from an ABA accredited Law School.
- Admitted to NY Bar and in good standing.
- A minimum of 3 – 6 years of employment litigation experience including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour and employment contract cases.
- Familiarity with federal and state employment statutes.
- Experience developing strategy, drafting pleadings, taking/defending depositions, arguing motions and the capability of working independently.
- Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including employee relations, mitigation of risk, ADA and other workplace accommodation, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies is also beneficial.
- Strong academic credentials and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
The total annual compensation range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to base salary, Kaufman Dolowich offers an annual discretionary bonus, performance-based bonus, unlimited PTO, professional and client development and a full comprehensive benefits package.
