Job Details
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience with a strong focus on employment law.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Demonstrated expertise in civil litigation, legal research, corporate law, and legal liability.
- Proven track record of successfully representing clients in employment-related disputes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve disputes favorably for our clients.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present complex legal arguments.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical judgment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of employment law.
