Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Employment Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and a passion for advocating for clients’ rights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation in employment law matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigations.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting employment practices.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
• Proven experience in employment law.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $130,000
• Bonus: $10,000 for every 100 hours billed over the minimum requirement of 1,600 hours
• Commission: 15% on origination collected fees
