We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated legal professional to apply their knowledge and expertise in employment law, wrongful termination, workers' compensation, and employment discrimination. Responsibilities:
As an Employment Law Attorney, you will be responsible for:
1. Representing clients in all aspects of employment law matters, including wrongful termination, workers' compensation, and employment discrimination.
2. Providing legal advice to clients on a broad range of employment issues, including hiring, termination, compensation, benefits, and workplace policies.
3. Conducting thorough research and analysis of legal issues related to employment law.
4. Drafting, reviewing, and revising employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
5. Representing clients before administrative agencies, arbitration panels, and courts at all levels.
6. Staying updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends in employment law to provide accurate and effective legal advice.
7. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to ensure the best representation for our clients.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Employment Law Attorney position will possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law, specifically with cases involving wrongful termination, workers' compensation, and employment discrimination.
3. Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
4. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
5. Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Superior oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
