Employment Direct Support Professional - Onondaga County

Assist an individual with intellectual / developmental disabilities to learn work skills and to provide employment supports and job coaching to the individual in area businesses. Hours and days may vary. Rate of pay $18.00+ per hour based upon experience.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation. Mileage reimbursement. Experience working with individuals with intellectual / developmental disabilities preferred. Must have technology available to download multiple apps and abide by EFR's technology policy.

In efforts to continue to recruit and retain the best staff, Exceptional Family Resources is pleased to announce the 2024 Employee Retention Bonus. The first bonus will be a payment equal to 3% of wages earned from 1/21/2024 to 6/8/2024. The second bonus will be a payment equal to 3% of wages earned from 6/9/2024 to 11/9 /2024.
