Employment Defense Litigation Associate - Gpac

An award-winning law firm is looking to add a stellar Employment Defense Associate to their team!

Must have at least 3 years of employment defense associate experience to be considered.

Desired Background:

• 2-4 years of experience in employer-side labor and employment litigation
• Employment defense experience required
• Wage and hour, discrimination, compensation, wrongful termination and collective bargaining/union experience preferred
• Strong education background
• Experience with discovery, motions, and pleadings 
• JD from an accredited law school 
• Licensed to practice in California
• Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
