About the Job
An award-winning law firm is looking to add a stellar Employment Defense Associate to their team!
Must have at least 3 years of employment defense associate experience to be considered.
Desired Background:
- 2-4 years of experience in employer-side labor and employment litigation
- Employment defense experience required
- Wage and hour, discrimination, compensation, wrongful termination and collective bargaining/union experience preferred
- Strong education background
- Experience with discovery, motions, and pleadings
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in California
- Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
