Litigation Attorney - Employment Law
Location: Santa Ana - Orange County, CA
Experience Level: 1-4 Years of Litigation Experience (Employment Law Preferred)

The Employment Law Department is GROWING, we are seeking a motivated litigation attorney with 1-4 years of experience. Key Responsibilities:
*Draft and file pleadings and discovery documents
*Handle law and motion matters, including dispositive motions
*Participate in mediations, depositions, and case management conferences
*Maintain client communication and provide strategic case guidance
*Manage cases from initiation through resolution
Position Details:
* Caseload: 95% defense, 5% high-end plaintiff work
* Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible start times between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM)
Requirements:
*Active California State Bar membership in good standing
*1-4 years of litigation experience (employment law preferred)
*Class action or PAGA experience highly desirable
*Strong legal research, writing, and case management skills
*Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team
*Reliable transportation for court appearances
Compensation & Benefits:
*Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 annually (DOE)
*Billable Hours: 140 per month / 1,680 annually (bonus eligible)
*Bonuses: $125 per billed hour exceeding the requirement (paid quarterly)
