Associate Attorney – Employment Class Action

We have an outstanding opportunity with a respected, award-winning law firm specialized in Personal Injury, Employee Rights, and Consumer Class Action cases. We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a background in employment law and class actions. As an Associate, you will manage your own caseload while collaborating with senior attorneys, representing clients in wage and hour litigation against large corporations. Initially, attorneys will be required to work onsite for the first few months, after which hybrid schedules may be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
• Develop strategies for wage and hour litigation in state and federal courts.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Hone research, writing, and advocacy skills with mentorship.

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in plaintiff employment litigation, wage and hour class actions, and/or complex civil litigation
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a demanding workload.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to think logically and solve complex problems.

Benefits:

• Compensation: $140,000 - $275,000 annually (DOE).
