The successful candidate will be expected to provide expert legal advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including but not limited to, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues. The incumbent will be expected to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success in handling complex legal matters.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active Pennsylvania Bar Admission.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Employment Attorney, with a focus on discrimination defense.
4. In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
5. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
