Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Specialist to join our client’s HR team. This role will be instrumental in managing employee relations matters and promoting a supportive work environment aligned with the organization’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner management and staff on employee relations issues, conducting investigations and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective performance management strategies.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, conducting surveys and stay interviews to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws.
- Gather and analyze employee relations data and generate reports and conclusions to inform leadership decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred, or a related field.
- Humna Resource Certifications preferred
- Minium of 3 years of experience in employee relations or HR roles with a proven track record in complex issue resolution.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
- Strong conflict resolution and analytical skills.
