Job Description
" Educate, coach and guide leaders on our performance management and elevation efforts, while ensuring adherence to our philosophy and values. Provide leaders with advice to elevate performance and capability across their teams and respective organizations.
" Advise on a wide range of employee relations issues, including manager/employee conflicts or complaints, behavioral and conduct issues.
" Coach leaders and facilitate involuntary terminations. This includes notifying employees, processing terminations and drafting Mutual Separation Agreements (MSA).
" Consult with leaders, People Business Partners (PBP/HRBP) and Legal on reorganizations that result in role eliminations.
" Lead projects that help optimize and/or automate internal ER processes.
" Provide quarterly business reviews of case outcomes, trends and data analysis to business partners.
" Act as an advocate for equitable and fair treatment; ensure our practices continue to align to our company s core values: Disrupt. Execute. Inclusion. Collaboration. Integrity.
Experience:
" A minimum of 5 years of Employee Relations experience gained in either an HRBP role or Employee Relations Advisory role or equivalent experience as an employment attorney practicing employment law.
" Experience with employment law principles and effective risk management practices.
" Proven success and enjoy operating in a fast paced, high volume and high pressure work environment. Remain composed under pressure.
" Demonstrate sound judgment when evaluating various employee matters.
" Strong problem solving skills and comfortable navigating through uncertainty.
" Excellent verbal and written communication, coaching and training skills to elevate the leadership capability around performance improvement, fair and equitable practices and respect in the workplace policies.
" Experience conducting investigations and/or advising on a wide range of employee relations issues, including manager/employee conflicts or complaints, performance management, behavioral and conduct issues.
" Ability to establish strong, collaborative relationships at all levels and across functions within the organization
" Ability to work effectively with softwares dedicated to case management and people data management. Strongly proficient in G-Suite.
" Effective listener and persuasive communicator able to influence actions and outcomes
" Detailed oriented and highly organized.
