Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through various channels, including online research, professional networking platforms, targeted outreach, and personalized communication.
- Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to educate clients about various benefits packages, including health, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, and more.
- Collaborate with clients to design customized benefits packages that suit their organizational objectives and employee preferences.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of activities and client communications in the CRM system.
- Previous experience in employee benefits, as an insurance agent, or a related role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools.
