The Opportunity:
Our Client is seeking a mid-level associate for our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group in our Chicago, Kansas City, Denver, Dallas or Philadelphia offices.
Qualified candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a broad range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including: drafting, design, implementation, and administration of tax-qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans; executive compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions; taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements (including Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code); and design and drafting of employment and other executive compensation arrangements.
Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience and superb writing, drafting and communication skills. We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice.

Compensation: Salary will range between $230,000 - $330,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. This role is also eligible for the following firm benefits: medical Insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary insurance including vision, 401(k) plan and paid time off.
