In this role, you will collaborate directly with clients, carriers, brokers, and internal staff, including HR Business Partners and Payroll teams, ensuring seamless benefits administration and exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities
- Client and Employee Support: Serve as the primary contact for HR Business Partners, Payroll staff, client managers, employees, and vendors to address benefits questions and concerns.
- Benefits Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of multiple client benefit plans, effectively communicate plan provisions, eligibility, and costs, and assist with Open Enrollment and life event changes.
- Problem-Solving: Research and resolve issues related to benefits, eligibility, enrollment, and premium discrepancies.
- HRIS Management: Build, test, and maintain client benefit programs in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and seamless administration.
- Compliance: Oversee COBRA notifications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly benefit reconciliations and create retroactive adjustments for premiums.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and vendors on annual Open Enrollment, implementation, and ongoing benefit processes.
- Proactive Engagement: Attend team, broker, and payroll meetings to strategize and improve benefit offerings.
What You Bring
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (experience with isolved is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Effective planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Experience and Education:
- 2+ years of benefits administration experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior ASO experience is desired but not required.

Travel
Occasional travel to client locations for Open Enrollment, benefit implementation, and client review meetings.
Status: Full-Time
Classification: Exempt
Salary Range: $56,485 - $65,000 DOE
This position has Hybrid flexibility but needs to be accessible to the office.
