What we need from you:

• Experience
  • 5-7+ years of Employee Benefits Account Manager experience
• Language
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!!
• Knowledge
  • Strongly knowledgeable of group insurance terminology, concepts, and coverage (medical, dental, vision, and disability products)
• Software
  • You are proficient with Applied Epic, BenefitPoint, Ease, Health Connect, and Microsoft Office Management Systems
• License
  • Active Life & Health/Accident License

The Position:

• Attend and coordinate annual renewal and open enrollment meetings
• Provide client support by checking and distributing contracts with carriers and provide additional support to other accounts
• Develop professional business relationships with clients
• Research billing and invoicing issues
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations
