What we need from you:
- Experience
- 5-7+ years of Employee Benefits Account Manager experience
- Language
- Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!!
- Knowledge
- Strongly knowledgeable of group insurance terminology, concepts, and coverage (medical, dental, vision, and disability products)
- Software
- You are proficient with Applied Epic, BenefitPoint, Ease, Health Connect, and Microsoft Office Management Systems
- License
- Active Life & Health/Accident License
The Position:
- Attend and coordinate annual renewal and open enrollment meetings
- Provide client support by checking and distributing contracts with carriers and provide additional support to other accounts
- Develop professional business relationships with clients
- Research billing and invoicing issues
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations
