Responsibilities:

1. Personal Care Assistance: Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
2. Medication Reminders: Ensure clients adhere to their medication schedules, providing gentle reminders and assistance as needed.
3. Companionship: Foster a supportive and engaging environment by building meaningful relationships with clients through conversation, companionship, and recreational activities.
4. Light Housekeeping: Help maintain a clean and organized living space for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
5. Communication: Keep accurate records of care provided and communicate regularly with the care team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated services.

Qualifications:

• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or relevant certification.
• Previous experience in home health care preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying client needs.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance. 
• Must have an AHCA level 2 background screening.
