Position Type: REMOTE (Candidates can be located anywhere in US Time Zones)
What You'll Be Doing:
As an Email Campaign Manager with our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all email communications efforts. We are seeking a fast-paced, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude. You will work closely with a team of email production specialists to build and manage all email campaign production projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing day-to-day email projects, collaborating with a team of email production specialists.
Curating daily and weekly task lists and managing the email production tracker to ensure all tasks are completed within email marketing campaigns, delegating tasks strategically.
Updating and adjusting production schedules based on requirements and deliverables.
Conducting thorough quality assurance checks on emails and creative content to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborating with the Director of Email Services and Production Manager to create, monitor, and maintain an email send schedule, as well as track campaign statuses.
Holding team members accountable for delivering tasks with quality and efficiency, and proactively removing blockers that may interfere with project success.
Driving team productivity by optimizing email processes and efficiently managing resources.
Maintaining ownership of team-wide communication and coordinating status determination, acting as a resource person for research, analysis, and documentation.
Continually seeking ways to enhance productivity through process improvements, task automation, and adopting new tools/technology.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a similar field.
3-4 years of experience as a Project Manager within a digital team or marketing agency.
Previous experience in crafting project schedules and calendars.
Proven track record of managing promotional email campaigns in a professional setting.
Meticulous quality assurance skills.
Strategic thinker capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable using marketing project management tools and software.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
