• 5,000 Annual ED Volume/ 13 patients daily
• 20 Bed Hospital
• 5 Bed ED
• Level IV Trauma Center
• 24 Hours Physician Coverage 24 hour shifts
• Cerner
• $205 per hour /$4920 per shift
• 1099 Position
• Occurrence based Malpractice
