This role is based in Scottsdale, AZ & will follow our Hybrid Schedule of 3 days in office.
We are seeking a Professional Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth, presence and engagement in the professional channel for the #1 Dermatologist Recommended Professional Sunscreen brand, EltaMD Skin Care.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing healthcare marketing strategies and campaigns, as well as cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, including skin health professionals and industry organizations. You will improve our outreach efforts and build strategic partnerships that drive business growth and professional engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of the dermatologist and skin health professional industry, excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex professional networks. You will report to the Director, Brand Marketing and partners closely with all functional departments, including Sales, Education, Scientific Affairs, Finance and Creative.
What You’ll Do:
+ Lead professional channel marketing and go to market new product launch plans in the professional channel. Expand EltaMD’s brand presence in current customer channels, while significantly strengthening/building our brand presence in the medical field.
+ Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across professional channels to ensure consistency.
+ Develop and execute compelling content, medical sales aids, merchandising, pitch decks and collateral to enhance product and brand visibility to skin health professionals and patients.
+ In partnership with the Trade Marketing, Education and Sales, develop and execute programs that enhance our customer engagement and drive sales.
+ Create and execute marketing strategies focused on building and maintaining professional relationships to increase brand visibility and engagement, including but not limited to industry events, seminars, and webinars to promote products and enhance professional connections.
+ Identify and connect with key industry influencers and organizations to establish collaborative partnerships.
+ Manage email campaigns and B2B digital content, to drive professional engagement and lead generation.
+ Conduct market analysis to identify trends, patient needs, and competitive positioning. Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategies and identify new opportunities for engagement.
+ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs; Make the required changes to constantly improve campaigns or cancel non-productive projects to invest more heavily in successful efforts
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
+ 5+ years previous experience in professional channel or B2B marketing
+ Strong interpersonal and networking skills with a proven record to build relationships cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications:
+ MBA
+ Experience in CPG specifically in skincare, beauty or health verticals
+ Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
+ Experience running professional / consumer CRM content calendars and campaigns
+ Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
+ Strong research and analytical skills, partnered with a creative, innovative mind
+ Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
+ Budget management skills and forecasting proficiency
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $91.200,00 - $120.000,00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
