About the Job:
As an Administrative Assistant II within our Operational Excellence team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our efforts to drive continuous improvement and quality throughout the organization. Your responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support to our leadership team, managing office operations, coordinating meetings, and ensuring confidentiality in all communications. Your dedication to fostering a culture of respect and excellence will be crucial in achieving our organizational goals.
What You'll Do:
Manage and organize the executive office, including calendar scheduling and meeting preparation.
Facilitate smooth onboarding for new team members.
Coordinate office communications with discretion and confidentiality.
Provide administrative support, including typing, project management, and handling confidential assignments.
Collaborate with the administrative team and assist with special projects as needed.
Address colleague inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
Assist with new hire onboarding plans and office logistics.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare meeting minutes.
Who You Are:
You have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
You bring at least 5 years of experience in a corporate, fast-paced environment with strong multitasking abilities.
You have advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
You thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
