Key Responsibilities for our Elite Master Certified Service Manager:
- Greet customers with a smile and assess their vehicle needs
- Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services
- Work with technicians to ensure timely service
- Keep customers informed throughout the process
- Address customer questions and resolve issues quickly
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Qualifications for an Elite Master Certified Service Manager:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Manager or in a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
