$25.50 - $30.50 per hour (overtime available)

Immediate hire will report directly to the Production Manager, will work hand in hand with the production staff while utilizing experience and skill to prepare, repair, and modify company's products including their flagship product, AWTS, and various circuit cards and cables. Troubleshooting and repairing circuit cards assemblies. Kit parts for assembly and vendors. Run tests and diagnostics on company circuit analyzers. Make small cable harnesses. Testing products such as cables received from vendors.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, component level trouble shooting skills for Circuit Card Assemblies
• Proficient at understanding and interpreting drawings, diagrams, and schematics
• Proficient with electronics lab instruments, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators
• Good soldering and component replacement skills, certifications are a plus
• Familiar with small lab tools and wire crimpers used for cable harness manufacturing
• Good verbal and written communication skills, able to follow written, verbal, and electronic instructions.
• Familiarity with MIL SPEC / Military style connectors is a plus
• Basic computer knowledge with ability to work with MS Office and data base / data entry software
• Associate's degree or technical certification as an electronic technician for assembling, installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic components and systems.
• 5 years' experience preferable
• Ability to work in team environment and multitask, but also a strong independent worker
