Seeking an experienced Electronics Program Manager to oversee engineering projects from development through production. The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics, strong project management skills, and preferably hold a PMP certification.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements through new product introduction (NPI) and production.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for test (DFT).
Monitor project status, including cost, schedule, and performance, and communicate updates effectively.
Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electronics and electrical engineering or related field.
Experience managing projects with hardware, firmware, and software
5+ years of experience in project management or engineering management, with a preference for experience in new product development.
Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Office, and PLM processes.
PMP certification preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
