Ultimate Staffing has partnered with an electronics manufacturing company in Minneapolis, MN. Ideal candidates should be comfortable working with small components and using a microscope.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Onsite - Minneapolis, MN

Start Date: February 2025

Duration: Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Available Shifts:

Monday - Thursday: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm

Monday - Thursday: 6:00 am - 3:30 pm & 4 hours on Friday

Monday - Thursday: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm & 4 hours on Friday

Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts with minimal supervision after training, using standard assembly techniques to meet production and quality goals.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained and report issues, discarding parts when necessary.
• Set up tools and fixtures for specific tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Sit-down assembly experience (must be comfortable sitting for the entire shift).
• Microscope experience is a plus (position requires microscope use 100% of the time).
• Knowledge of assembly procedures, gained through on-the-job training.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to read engineering prints and follow processes.
• Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
• Experience with standard production tools and equipment.
