Our Huntingdon Valley location is seeking a qualified Electronic Medical Record Validation & Quality Control professional to join our Production Team onsite, hybrid or remote. These team members will be responsible for conducting quality control checks on scanned documents to ensure all documents are prepared according to job and client specifications.

Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks on electronic medical records.
- Ensure medical records are validated for all patient information and data points
- Follow instructions and communicate with supervisor or trainer when appropriate to ensure customer expectations are met
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client information per client guidelines
- Resolve problems promptly, accurately, and in such a way as to prevent future problems
- Adheres to quality assurance standards and processes to ensure the highest quality product
- Inspect and ensure all printed materials meet established standards including all postal regulations
- Perform daily maintenance and provide basic troubleshooting of machines as well as making any minor machine adjustments for efficient operation.
- Prepare mail and packages for external shipment and coordinate deliveries and pick-ups (may include USPS pickup/delivery)
- Perform quality checks on outbound mail
Qualifications
- 1-2 years medical record experience preferred
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office productsWorkflow troubleshooting experience, highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform high levels of repetitive motion on a daily basis
- Ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet attendance and punctuality requirements
