Soldering Capability: Accurately place parts on PCBs, demonstrating precision and skill in soldering processes.

Adjustment Solutions: Make precise adjustments to assemblies as needed and communicate any complex issues for further support.
Safety and Maintenance Commitment: Adhere to safety protocols and conduct routine maintenance to uphold a safe work environment.
Qualifications We Expect:
Educational Background: High school diploma or GED essential, with an Associate's degree in Electronic Technology preferred.
Hands-On Experience: At least 2-3 years in troubleshooting and testing, preferably with expertise in RF tuning.
Safety-Oriented Approach: Always prioritize safety to maintain a secure and effective work environment.
Manual Skillset: Showcase dexterity and coordination in handling and assembling small-scale components.
Communication Proficiency: Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to convey technical details clearly.

Testing Proficiency: Expertise in using oscilloscopes, DMMs, and other testing tools.
Visual Detail: Ability to distinguish colors for effective assembly of color-coded components.
