You'll be:** - Wiring, soldering, and assembling fabricated components to create electrical and mechanical assemblies - Fitting, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product requirements - Meeting build time and quality standards on assigned tasks - Following assembly work instructions, drawings, and quality assurance procedures - Reporting any issues or problems that may affect quality to the Lead or Supervisor - Maintaining a clean and organized work area - Following all company safety policies and quality assurance requirements **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** - Have the ability to assemble and solder small components utilizing a microscope - Can accurately identify components and conduct precise measurements - Possess excellent hand/eye coordination and dexterity - Have a strong mechanical aptitude for using tools in production operations - Are detail-oriented, accurate, and methodical What happens next: Once you apply, you'll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
