Electromechanical Technician - Spherion

The electromechanical technician troubleshoots and repairs mechanical and electrical for high-speed packaging equipment in a manufacturing facility. We are looking for candidates with experience with automation and robotic maintenance.

• Direct Hire
• $38/hr
• 4:30 am - 3 pm, Monday - Thursday
• Delavan, WI
• Medical, dental, vision, pto, 401(k) with 3% match and employer contribution of 4 of salary after 1 year.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment in a high speed packaging environment.
• Rebuild packaging equipment to manufacturer's recommendations.
• Replace and install threaded pipes, copper piping and pvc as required.
• Experience with robotic and automation set up.
• Light fabrication and welding skills to include MIG and TIG.

Qualifications:

• Education in electromechanical or work related experience.
• Food manufacturing is preferred.
• Programmable logic controls troubleshooting and programming.
• Experience with Allen Bradley Factory Works and Wonderware
• Food manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP guidelines.
• 3-5 years work experience.
