Electromechanical Technical Lead-2nd shift - Micro Tech

Skilled position supporting the Maintenance Team through debugging, troubleshooting and continual improvement of equipment and processes. Recommends and implements techniques that enhance performance, reduce cost and improve plant efficiency. The point of contact for maintenance activities, on a specific shift. Program, configure and develop sequence of operation for PLC programs on new and existing equipment. Debug and troubleshoot equipment to maximize line efficiencies. Complete electrical hardware and software control design for new and existing equipment and workstations. Conduct analysis of and implement HMI systems. Act as the “go to “point person for production supervisors for any non-routine production related maintenance/electrical issues. Follows up and makes sure the appropriate maintenance resources are delegated. Acts as an “information conduit” between shifts. 

Associate’s Degree, trade or Technical School (or equivalent experience). A minimum of 5 years of experience with – Allen Bradley PLC’s (5LC-500, PLC-5, Gorneollogix). MMI )panel view, RS View, Intellution, Windwave. Process Controls (Batching, Blending). Production Controls (Conveyors, Machine logic). Experience working in the food or beverage industry helpful
