We have an immediate need for an experienced Electromechanical Integration Engineer. As a Electromechanical Integration Engineer, you are expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills required to produce GCS systems for DZYNE unmanned aerial systems (UAS). The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced engineering design environment is a must. The Electromechanical Integration Engineer will be responsible for establishing a GCS road map for each platform and will technically execute that road map to support several rapidly evolving cutting-edge UAS..
Required Skills and Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow team focusing on the architecture, design, fabrication, and sustainment of Ground Control Station (GCS) for DYZNE UAS.
- Lead a team of multiple engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and execution of ground control station projects.
- Conceptualize and develop solutions related to ground control systems, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, contributing to the overall success of the ground control station development.
- Oversee sustaining engineering tasks and work closely with manufacturing on the integration of new and existing GCS assemblies and sub-assemblies.
- Able to produce documentation such as engineering drawings, source control drawings, system specs, and test procedures to document the system design.
- Provide documentation and make technical presentations as required.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience designing and implementation of IP based networking
- Understanding of both SATCOM and line of site communication systems
- Execute Systems Engineering and Requirements Management activities including use case development, requirements definitions, allocation, verification & validation, and traceability.
- Experience designing for Human Machine Interface (HMI) requirements
- Experience integrating software systems into government networks
- Experience with tactical shelters
- Experience with mobile GCS
- Experience with cybersecurity and protocols / procedures to connect GCS to military user networks
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related engineering field
- 5-10 years of relative work experience
- Experience reading and interpreting assembly instructions or drawings
Clearance Level Required: US Person Required, Security Clearance Not Required but Highly Desired
Travel: Up to 10% within the US.

Salary: $82K - $161K
Salary depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of salary or annual bonus.
