We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Permanent Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in our manufacturing operations, responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our complex electro-mechanical systems. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of both electrical and mechanical principles, as well as a knack for problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electro-mechanical systems, with a particular focus on electrical, hydraulic, and wiring systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex electro-mechanical systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and wiring systems.
2. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
3. Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and increase operational efficiency.
4. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment design and functionality.
5. Document all maintenance and repair work accurately and thoroughly.
6. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing environment.
2. Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining electrical, hydraulic, and wiring systems.
3. Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical principles.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
7. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
9. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
10. Relevant certification or degree in a related field is preferred.
