Job Purpose

To ensure uninterrupted continuity of facility, manufacturing, and support systems and processes throughout the facility.

Essential Purpose

• Reads, interprets, and executes drawings, schematics, blueprints, and electrical code specifications to see layout of commercial electrical equipment installations.
• Tests electrical and equipment and parts for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance
• Installs, repairs, or replaces AC/DC motors and drives, transformers, motors, starters, relays, and hydraulic and gas electrical controls.
• Installs repairs, or replaces electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, and line assemblies, lighting, and alternative electrical parts.
• Installs, repairs, or replaces generators and industrial storage batteries.
• Do preventive maintenance and testing of electrical systems (including power distribution equipment)
• Installs electrical circuits, as well as panels, conduit, protecting devices, switches, and equipment required to accommodate the NEC.
• May install and maintain industrial equipment and connected devices.
• Conduct preventive maintenance programs and identify corrective action needed.
• Follow all company GMP and safety policies/ procedures in place.
• Must be able to read electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Must be available on weekends.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Requires a MA Journeyman Electrician License in active status.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
