-Job Description-
Primary Purpose: Under general supervision, you will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment for our valued customers. Your work will ensure the safe operation and efficiency of all electrical systems. By adhering to our code of values and maintaining professionalism, you'll have fun and ensure our customers are delighted with our services.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in various electrical systems, emphasizing commercial setups and some residential projects.
- Install and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential buildings.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Test electrical systems and ensure proper installation and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of materials and labor used for each job.
- Work on panel upgrades, circuit installations, and large-scale lighting projects for commercial properties.
- Assist with energy efficiency improvements and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians from Southern Force on integrated projects.
- Maintain company tools, vehicles, and inventory in excellent condition.
- Inspect completed work to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during every service call.
- Represent the company professionally, wearing the approved uniform and maintaining a positive attitude.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to learn and adapt to processes and field technology, including tablets and software systems.
- We welcome applicants with any experience in the electrical industry, including those who focus on troubleshooting and installations in commercial and residential environments.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, systems, and best practices.
- Familiarity with wiring, panels, and electrical equipment.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations and use hand and power tools effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Certifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Valid Drivers License (required)

Compensation: Pay will depend on experience. We are looking for candidates ranging from medium-level experience to Master Electricians.
