Job Description:

As an Installer with Mister Sparky, you will be responsible for inspecting, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring and fixtures in residential settings. Your role will involve working closely with customers to ensure they understand the scope of projects and the solutions we offer, all while upholding our high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and dispatch to ensure clear and timely project execution.
• Provide accurate estimates and complete installations efficiently and to a high standard.
• Adhere to national and local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and promptly report any equipment issues.
• Operate and care for tools and equipment according to established protocols.
• Follow safety procedures and actively participate in safety programs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience with strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to adhering to safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks and the flexibility to work varied hours, including on-call, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Salary:

Our Installers earn between $65,000 and $85,000 annually, with top performers reaching over $85,000 annually. With our uncapped earning potential, imagine all the possibilities!
